Here is a hide from a bear at the Sequoia National Park Museum. On it, is a deer skull and its rack. Bears are still found in the area. One of the lodge employees said that sometimes one of the bears would just stroll as a campfire talk is going. We went to a campfire ranger talk and didn't see a bear. But we got to cook marshmellows.
